Purpose
This site presents professional services in training, advisory work and development around artificial intelligence applied to clinical practice, research and medical education, and lets you request access to a free repository of resources. Nothing is sold or contracted through it: any engagement is agreed in writing with each client, and the courses are sold on the training campus, which has its own terms.
Terms of use
Browsing this site makes you a user and means you accept this notice. You undertake to use it lawfully and not to carry out activities that could damage it, overload it or prevent others from using it normally.
Intellectual and industrial property
The texts, design, photographs and materials on this site belong to PAPERORNOT, S.L.U. or are used with permission, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. You may view and quote them citing the source and linking to the original. Reproducing, distributing or adapting the content for commercial purposes requires written permission.
The typefaces used (Chakra Petch, Space Grotesk and Unbounded) are distributed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 and are served from this same server.
Educational content, not medical care
Everything published here and in the resource repository is educational and informative, aimed at healthcare professionals and industry. It is not medical advice, it does not replace clinical judgement or the doctor-patient relationship, and it must not be used to diagnose or treat anyone. Responsibility for any clinical decision lies with whoever makes it. Likewise, the materials on artificial intelligence do not exempt anyone using them from complying with the regulations that apply to them: data protection, biomedical research, medical devices and their own institution's policies.
Links to other sites
This site links to third-party pages (LinkedIn, the training campus, the resource repository). We do not control their content or their policies: following a link takes you off this site and under the terms of the destination.
Liability and availability
We aim to keep the information current and free of errors, but we cannot guarantee it. Nor can we guarantee that the site will always be available: it may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. Except where the law does not allow it, we are not liable for damage arising from use of the site or from viruses or other harmful elements introduced by third parties.
Severability
If any clause of this notice is declared void, the rest remain in force and will be interpreted in the light of their purpose.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Spanish law applies. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Cádiz, unless the other party is a consumer: in that case the venue is the one the law grants them, which as a general rule is their place of residence.
