Your day has 24 hours. So does mine. The difference is how we use AI in clinical practice and research.

Juan Mora Delgado

AI is already used in your department every day. And nobody knows how.

The problem is not that it gets used. It is that nobody could explain afterwards how it was used.

Banning it fixes nothing either: usage doesn't drop, what drops is what people tell you. And the clock is running. Journals already require authors to declare whether artificial intelligence was involved and in what way; the same will happen internally with every piece of material that gets approved. Anyone can learn to operate the tool, it takes an afternoon. Whoever cannot reconstruct how they did it will have two ways out, and both cost money: redo the work or withdraw it.

What will be scarce is not using it. It is proving how it was used.

The starter kit I wish I'd had two years ago

It is not a course, and not a forty-page ebook you will never open. It is the tools themselves: you get access, you download them, and you start today on your own case.

  • Prompts I genuinely use in clinic and in research, not written for a video.
  • Templates for the tasks that come up again and again.
  • Copilots ready to install and use as they are.
  • Checklists to leave a record of how you did it.
  • And whatever I keep adding: the repository is kept up to date.

Because they are going to ask me too

I see patients and I publish. When I teach someone to use artificial intelligence in a scientific paper, it is the same paper I have to be able to defend before a reviewer who asks me for the method. When I say a piece of data must not leave Europe, I am talking about a patient's data that could be mine.

I started teaching this between on-call shifts, for free, because it drove me mad watching excellent colleagues lose two hours on something that takes ten minutes. More than 3,000 healthcare professionals have done it since: heads of department, residents, research teams and a European network. It is new to your team; new, as in actually new, it is not.

A consultancy hands you a report and leaves. I have to live with what I teach.

What the people who came say

A magnificent hands-on course that will help you use artificial intelligence in various applications […] which will decisively improve your clinical research while saving you a great deal of time. Highly recommended.

David Gómez-Pastrana

Head of Paediatrics · Jerez University Hospital

An AI expert. And a clinically minded one at that. I loved his course, it felt too short, extremely useful and worth recommending.

María Riestra

Head of Endocrinology and Nutrition · Cabueñes University Hospital

Juan's training was very interesting and very practical […] and especially useful for those of us who enjoy research.

Irene González Partida

MD, PhD, MSc · Gastroenterology and inflammatory bowel disease

An excellent teacher. I attended one of his courses and learning from his experience and evidence was well worth it. Thoroughly recommended.

Juan Carlos Carbajal Silva

Neurogeriatrician (UNAM) · Psychogeriatrician (UAB) · Palliative care physician

How it starts

Write to me and I'll tell you the truth

Tell me what you need. I will tell you frankly whether I can help. If what you are looking for is not something I can do, I will tell you that too.

If it fits, I put together a proposal with a fixed scope and a fixed price. No two-hour meetings to sell you something we don't yet know you need.
